These terms apply when you use this site to send us your details and resume. By ticking the agreement box and sending your resume, you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Who provides the service
The service is provided by Hab Business Solutions (habsolutions.cloud) together with MinMaxHR ("we", "us").
2. What the service is
A free service that collects your profile and shares it with partner companies hiring for roles that match what you told us. We act to give your profile visibility. We are not your employer, we are not an employment agency acting as your agent, and we do not make hiring decisions.
3. No guarantee of interview or employment
Sending your resume does not guarantee that any company will view it, contact you, interview you or offer you a job. Every hiring decision is made solely by the hiring company. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment or a promise of one.
4. It's free
We never charge candidates. If anyone asks you for money in our name for a job, an interview or "processing", it is not us. Please report it to hari@habsolutions.cloud.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are at least 18 years old.
- The resume and details are yours, true and not misleading, to the best of your knowledge.
- You have the right to share everything in your resume, including any references' contact details, and it doesn't include another employer's confidential information.
- You won't upload files with viruses or harmful code, or try to break, overload, scrape or misuse the site.
We may remove submissions that break these terms.
6. Permission to use your resume
You keep ownership of your resume. You give us permission to store, copy, format and share it with partner companies for recruitment only, for as long as we keep it under our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw this permission any time by emailing hari@habsolutions.cloud.
7. Reminders
If you opt in, we'll email you every 5 months to update your resume. You can stop these at any time.
8. Partner companies
Partner companies are independent. We aren't responsible for their hiring processes, job offers, terms of employment or how they handle your data once received, though we only work with companies we expect to treat candidate data lawfully.
9. Availability
We work to keep the site running and secure but can't promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or stop the service; if we stop it, we'll handle your data as our Privacy Policy describes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities or earnings, arising from your use of the service or any hiring decision. Because the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to the maximum extent the law permits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under data protection law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction, without taking away any rights you have under the consumer or data protection laws of the country where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top show which apply. Material changes won't apply to earlier submissions without your agreement.
