Questions people ask us
Is this free?
Yes. It is free for candidates, and it always will be. We never ask you to pay to be considered.
What happens after I send my resume?
Our team reads your details and shares your profile with partner companies whose open roles fit what you told us. If a company is interested, they or our team will contact you on the email or mobile number you gave.
Will I get an interview or a job?
We can't promise that, and nobody honest can. Hiring decisions belong to the companies. What we do is make sure the right people actually see your profile.
Why do you ask for salary and location?
Because resumes rarely say it, and it is the first thing a hiring team asks. Sharing it upfront saves you calls for roles that were never a fit.
Who can see my details?
Only our invited team and the partner companies we share your profile with for relevant roles. Your profile is never published, listed publicly or sold.
Which files can I upload?
PDF, Word (DOCX or DOC) and images (JPG or PNG), up to 5 MB. You can preview PDF, DOCX and image files right on the page before sending.
How long do you keep my resume?
Up to 24 months from your last update. If you don't update or confirm it in that time, we delete it.
Can I change or delete my details?
Yes, any time. Email us from the address you used and we will update or delete your details within 30 days.
Can I send a newer resume later?
Please do. If you opt in, we will also remind you every 5 months so your profile shows your latest skills.
Who runs this?
MinMaxHR, an HR KPI Optimization Platform, together with Hab Business Solutions. Our aim is simple: close the gap between people looking for work and the companies looking for them.
