The Recruiter Connector gives your company its own resume gathering page. Paste the link into your job posts. Candidates land on a page with your logo, share their details and resume, and everything flows straight into your CandidRanker workspace, kept only within your company's space in MinMaxHR.
How to set it up

Create a key in CandidRanker
Sign in to your CandidRanker workspace. Open Settings, then API Keys, and click + New key. Give it a simple name, like "MinMaxHR resume gathering". Copy the key that starts with
pk_live_. CandidRanker shows it only once, so keep it handy. - 02
Sign in here with your company email
Come back and sign in with your work Google account. Personal addresses like Gmail or Outlook are not accepted, so only real teams can create pages.

Set up your company profile
Add your name, the company name, a short line about who you hire, and your logo. Pick the link name for your page, for example
/c/acme-labs. - 04
Paste your key in Settings and click Connect
Paste the
pk_live_key and click Connect. We lock it away encrypted. Nobody, including you, can read it back from this site. Your resume pipeline is now live.
Paste it into job posts
Use your page link on LinkedIn, Naukri, your careers page or WhatsApp. Every applicant lands on your branded page.
See who applied, and when
Your overview shows each candidate's name, contact, cities, pay expectations, notice period, file name and exact time.
Rank them in CandidRanker
Resumes arrive in your CandidRanker workspace, ready for structured evaluation. One click opens it from your overview.
Your data, your space
Your company decides why candidate data is collected, and MinMaxHR stores it on your behalf for up to 24 months. Submissions to your page are visible only to your signed-in account. Your CandidRanker key is encrypted and used only on our servers to deliver resumes to your workspace.

What is the Recruiter Connector?

What is CandidRanker?
CandidRanker is the Candidate Ranking System from MinMaxHR at app.candidranker.com. It helps hiring teams evaluate and prioritise candidates in a structured way, so shortlists are clearer and faster to build.
How do I connect my CandidRanker workspace?
Create a key in CandidRanker under Settings, then API Keys, then + New key. Sign in here with your company Google account, set up your company profile and logo, then paste the pk_live_ key in Settings and click Connect.
Can I sign in with Gmail or Outlook?
No. Only company email domains are accepted, so every resume gathering page belongs to a real hiring team.
Who can see the candidates who apply to my page?
Only signed-in users of your company. Candidate details, including salary expectations, stay within your company's space in MinMaxHR and are not shown to other companies.
How is my CandidRanker key stored?
Encrypted on our servers. It is used only on the server to deliver resumes to your workspace and is never shown again or sent to any browser.
What do candidates fill in?
Name, email, mobile, desired role, preferred cities, current and expected annual salary, notice period, work mode and the resume file, with consent naming your company.
Where should I share my page link?
Anywhere you post roles: LinkedIn, Naukri, your careers page, WhatsApp groups, email signatures and referral messages. One link works for every post.
